Itinerary

Day 1:
Delhi to Shimla (350 kms)

Arrive in Delhi and travel by surface to Shimla.
Once you are there at the beautiful hill station in Shimla, check-in to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.
Dinner and comfortable overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2:
Shimla to Kufri to Chail to Shimla (75 kms)

After breakfast proceed for an excursion to Kufri and Chail
Kufri, a tiny hamlet located 13 kms from Shimla. The highest point of the surrounding region, it is known for its spectacular scenery and a Himalayan Wildlife Zoo. At an elevation of 2510m above sea level, Kufri is flooded by tourists all round the year, especially in winter. It is an ideal excursion from Shimla visited by honeymooners and families.
Later drive to Chail. The drive itself is an experience of a lifetime. Chail stands apart from other hill stations of Himachal mainly because of its unparalleled natural beauty. The beauty is enchanced by the wonderful deodar and pine forests and the snow covered Himalayan ranges. It has the world's highest cricket ground and a very popular National park.

After the excursion, enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at hotel in Shimla.

Day 3:
Local sight-seeing in Shimla

After breakfast enjoy a local sight-seeing tour of Shimla. Visit places such as Vice Regal Lodge, Christ Church and Jakhoo temple.
Indian Institute of Advanced Study (IIAS) is housed in the former Vice Regal Lodge. Built in 1988, this is a spectacular English renaissance-inspired grey stone structure with superb Burma teak woodwork on the interiors. It's lawns and woodland are added attractions. A portion of the interior is open to public, except on Sundays and holidays.
Christ Church & St. Michael's Cathedral, this stone church with fine stained glass has a cruciform design. This is the second oldest church in North India and was built between 1846 and 1857. While on tour to Shimla you go inside the church or attend a service on Sunday morning.
Jakhoo temple: Two kms from city center, this is Shimla's highest point and offers a panoramic view of the town's hills and distant mountain ranges. There are spectacular views at sunrise and sunset especially during the monsoons. The peak has a temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman. At the top of the hill in the temple complex a 108 feet tall idol of Lord Hanuman is a big attraction for the tourists.
In the evening take a walk down the Mall road and enjoy shopping and maybe, horse riding.

Day 4:
Shimla to Kasauli (75 kms)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Kasauli.
Kasauli reminds one of colonial times because of its cobbled roads, English architecture and gabled houses. Strolling down the lanes and bylanes of Kasauli, you will be fascinated by the sweet chirping of birds, long rows of rhododendron, pine, Himalayan oak and chestnut trees.
On arrival, spend the evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kasauli.

Day 5:
Local sight-seeing in Kasauli

After breakfast today, enjoy a local sightseeing tour with a visit to the Monkey Point. Monkey point is a prime tourist attraction in Kasauli, and is the highest point to witness excellent views of the distant plains of the Chandigarh region and the beautiful Satluj river.
After a day full of fun & frolic, return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 6:
Kasauli to Chandigarh (24 kms)

After breakfast, proceed to Chandigarh. On arrival check-in to the hotel, Later visit the Rock Garden
The Rock Garden is a sculpture garden in Chandigarh. It is also known as Nek Chand's Rock Garden after its founder Nek Chand, a government official who started the garden secretly in his spare time in 1957. Today it is spread over an area of forty-acres, and is completely built of industrial & home waste and throw-away items.

Day 7:
Chandigarh to New Delhi (240 kms)

After breakfast check out and depart for Delhi.
