Day 01: Arrive in Delhi
On arrival at New Delhi Airport you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel - The Leela Palace, an oasis of calm and opulence at the green leafy Diplomatic Enclave in Delhi.

Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing
Your Golden Triangle Tour begins with a Delhi day tour accompanied with a local Delhi tour guide. Places to visit in and around New Delhi: Start by visiting the Jama Masjid; Enjoy a ride of cycle rickshaw in Delhi through the crowded bazaar and shopping streets of Chandni Chowk; Visit Raj Ghat - the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi. Post lunch; explore New Delhi, India Gate &Rajpath; Rashtrapati Bhawan - the President's House; Humayun’s Tomb; Qutab Minar and the Bahai Temple.
Day 03: Drive from Delhi to Agra (220 km, 4 h journey)
Distance between Delhi to Agra (220kms /4hrs). On arrival check-in to your hotel in Agra.
AGRA: The former capital of ‘Hindustan’ was transformed from a village to a city befitting the glory of mighty Mughals by two great emperors: AKBAR & SHAH JAHAN. Places to visit in Agra are the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri (all of which are UNESCO World Heritage site), after lunch, visit the Agra Fort and late evening visit to Mehtab Bagh to get a view of Taj Mahal at sunset.
Day 04: Agra Sightseeing and Travel to Jaipur
Start with a sunrise Taj Mahal trip accompanied with an expert Indian tour guide. The monument, one of the Seven Wonders of the World was built by Emperor Shah Jahan in honor of his love.
Afternoon drive to Jaipur; Agra Jaipur distance is (250kms /5hrs). En-route visit, Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted capital of Emperor Akbar; the city was abandoned as the capital in 16th century due to scarcity of water.

Day 05: Jaipur Sightseeing Tour
Full day Jaipur sightseeing tour.
THE PINK CITY: There are three parts to Jaipur; Amer (the old city which was the previous capital of the Kachwahas, clans of Rajputs). Jaipur (the walled city built in the 18th century) and the new city (which has grown outside the walled city).
Places to visit in Jaipur: Start by visiting Amber/Amer Fort; take a ride to its lofty heights on a jeep or a decked up elephant. Later visit the City Palace Jaipur, Palace of Winds (or Hawa Mahal), Jantar Mantar (Maharaja Jai Singh’s astronomy park).
Day 06: Drive Jaipur to Delhi (250 km, 5 h journey)
Jaipur to Delhi distance (250kms /5hrs). Return to Delhi by road and stop over at Neemrana Heritage Hotel for tea break.
Day 07: Train from Delhi to Amritsar (6 h journery)
Early morning transfer to Delhi Railway station to board the Amritsar Shatabdi (Train Timing: DEP: 7:20a.m. ARR: 1:25p.m.). Delhi Amritsar distance is 450kms/ Travel time Delhi Amritsar (by road): 8 hrs.

Day 08 : Amritsar Sightseeing and Travel to Delhi
This morning visit the beautiful & sacred Golden Temple with a local tour guide. What you notice about the temple is how beautiful it stands in the sacred pool of water. Despite the crowds present, there is an unmistakable calm & serene environment in the temple complex.
Other places to visit in Amritsar: Jallianwalah Bagh, a martyr memorial and the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum in the lovely Ram Bagh. The museum displays historic arms & armory, paintings, old coins and manuscripts.
