Day 01: Arrive in Delhi

On arrival at New Delhi Airport you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel for stay in Delhi.
DELHI: The capital city of India, and said to be one of the oldest existing cities in the world consists of two parts. NEW DELHI, the city created in 1911 as the imperial capital of India by the British. OLD DELHI, the Muslim capital of India between the 17th and 19th centuries.

Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing

Your Golden Triangle Tour begins with a full day Delhi sightseeing tour accompanied with a Delhi travel guide.

Places to visit in Delhi:

Start by visiting the Jama Masjid; Enjoy a ride of cycle rickshaw in Delhi through the crowded bazaar and shopping streets of Chandni Chowk; Visit Raj Ghat - the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi. Post lunch; explore New Delhi, India Gate & Rajpath; Rashtrapati Bhawan - the President's House; Humayun’s Tomb; Qutab Minar and the Bahai Temple.

Day 03: Delhi to Ranthambore Train (6 h journey).

Board the early morning train to Sawai Madhopur; nearest railway station to Ranthambore. On arrival you will be met by a local representative to drive you from Sawai Madhopur to Ranthambhore Park.
Spend the day relaxing at your safari lodge.

Day 04 & 05 : Tiger Safari at Ranthambore Park

Enjoy the morning and afternoon shared jeep safari tour.
The Ranthambore Tiger Reserve is beautiful and is home to many other animals like Deer (Sambhar, Chital & Nilgai), Languor, Elephants, Crocs and the black Sloth Bear - another elusive creature. There are also a variety of trees, plants, birds and reptiles in the Ranthambhore National Park.
Activities planned:
Enjoy an early morning excursion to the Soorwal Dam for Bird Watching.
Visit the Dastkar Craft Centre, an organization that empowers the lower caste women in villages by providing employment to them. The attractive handicrafts, saris, scarves, bags and bedspreads are up on sale at their workshop.

Day 06: Drive Ranthambore to Jaipur (Distance 200 km, 4 h journey)

Early morning departure from Ranthambhore to Jaipur on-road; on arrival check-in to your hotel.
THE PINK CITY: There are three parts to Jaipur; Amer (the old city which was the previous capital of the Kachwahas, clans of Rajputs). Jaipur (the walled city built in the 18th century) and the new city (which has grown outside the walled city).
Day at leisure to explore markets or watch a Bollywood movie at Raj Cinema Theatre.

Day 07 : Jaipur Sightseeing Tour

Full day tour in Jaipur with an expert tourist guide.
Places to visit in Jaipur: Start by visiting Amber Fort; take a ride to its lofty heights on a jeep or a decked up elephant. Later visit the City Palace Jaipur, Palace of Winds (or Hawa Mahal), Jantar Mantar (Maharaja Jai Singh’s astronomy park).

Day 08 : Drive Jaipur to Agra

Agra Jaipur distance is (250kms /5hrs). En-route visit, Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted capital of Emperor Akbar; the city was abandoned as the capital in 16th century due to scarcity of water. On arrival, check-in to your hotel in Agra.
AGRA: The former capital of ‘Hindustan’ was transformed from a village to a city befitting the glory of mighty Mughals by two great emperors: AKBAR & SHAH JAHAN. Places to visit in Agra are the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri (all of which are UNESCO World Heritage sites).

Day 09: Agra Sightseeing and Drive to Delhi (220 km, 4 h journey)

Start with a sunrise Taj Mahal visit along an expert Indian tour guide. The monument, one of the Seven Wonders of the World was built by Emperor Shah Jahan in honor of his love. Later visit the Agra Fort - an architectural wonder in itself.
Late evening, drive to Delhi to board your flight home from the Delhi International Airport or to another destination in India.

The guests can opt to stay at Delhi for one more night to relax or do some shopping before traveling back. The following day, guests will be dropped at the Airport.
