2N-Thekkadi, 1N-Houseboat
- 1st Day:
- You are received by our representative at Cochin Airport / Railway station. Travel to Thekkady (190 Kms. 4Hrs).Check in to the hotel and enjoy rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel, Thekkady.
- 2nd Day:
- Morning enjoys the breakfast and go for a spice plantation Tour & later for boating in the Periyar lake to view the wildlife at the Periyar tiger reserve. You also have the option of going for a jungle safari for the entire day. Overnight stay at Hotel, Thekkady
- 3rd Day:
- Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel and around 1200 hrs check in at houseboat. Today you will be cruising on a houseboat, wonderful experience you will cherish for your lifetime. Enjoy the picturesque view of God's own country as the houseboat moves slowly over the tranquil backwater. Sit back and relax while the boat cruises through the narrow serene backwater canals as you have an opportunity to have a glimpse of the village life. In the evening you have the opportunity to see the panoramic view of sunset in Kerala, richly blessed with natural seascape. Enjoy Lunch, Evening Tea/Coffee with snacks and dinner on houseboat. Overnight stay will be on the houseboat.
- 4th Day:
- Enjoy the morning breakfast in houseboat and after a short while of relishing the voyage, it is time to say adieu to the land. Later on we transfer you to Cochin airport (90 km/2 hrs) Railway station for your onward journey or way back home.
