Day 01: Arrive in Cochin
On arrival at Cochin Airport you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Cochin for check-in.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Cochin
Cochin: Formation of Cochin happened with the amalgamation of smaller villages across the southwestern coast of Kerala. It has a mix of the Dutch, Portuguese, British and the Jewish influences that make this city unique.
Places to visit in Cochin: Go on a sightseeing tour of Cochin to explore its rich history and heritage accompanied with a Cochin Tour Guide. Visit the Jewish synagogue at Matanchery and walk through the old Jewish town; take a walking tour of old Fort Kochi and visit the important monuments including Dutch Palace, St. Francis Church (India’s oldest) and Santa Cruz Basilica and explore the streets on foot. Also see the famous Chinese fishing nets in action.
Evening visit the Kerala Kathakali Centre to watch a Kathakali dance performance - a classic dance drama where you’ll see how a story unfolds by dance, music, song and strangest of all, facial movements that convey the emotions and dialogue. It is a mixture of calm and rhythmic movements; frenetic drumming that leads to a dramatic climax but throughout colorful and elaborate.
Day 03 -04: Drive Cochin to Mararikulam (Distance 50kms. and 1.5hrs journey)
Drive from Cochin to Mararikulam; on arrival check-in to your Kerala Beach Resort at Marari. During your stay relax on the sun loungers, hammocks with a view of the cluster palm trees. Get your food served in the garden or by the beach. Take a dip in your private pool and shower inthe private outdoor bathroom. For the more adventurous one’s, take the bike (from resort) and ride to the neighborhood villages to observe life in a Kerala Village or hire a tuk-tuk (rickshaw) to visit the temples & churches in Alleppey district.

Day 05: Drive from Marari to Alleppey
Check-out from your resort and drive to Alappuzha to board the Alleppey Houseboat for a leisurely trip through the backwaters. The Alleppey backwater cruise is a beautiful experience taking you through lagoons, rivers and lakes of Central Kerala. You will see how people live & work along the shores as your ride from one island to the other.
Day 06: Drive from Alleppey to Vagamon (Distance 90kms. & 2.5hrs.journey)
Drive 3hrs. from Alleppey into the Western Ghat mountain range, to the town of Vagamon. Your accommodation here is arranged at a family Kerala Homestay set amidst sylvan surroundings where you can wander around spice gardens, mountain streams and rubber plantations. Afternoon take a guided tour of the Plantation or walk through the Spice Garden
Enjoy home-cooked Kerala meals prepared by your hosts, with pretty much all the ingredients from their family land or grown nearby.
Day 07: Explore Vagamon Kerala
Enjoy full day to explore the surroundings around the property. See the elephants at work and take a ride on them. Walk down to the rock pool for a refreshing swim. Visit a nearby Christian Ashram and watch life in this beautiful hill district.
Day 08: Drive from Vagamon to Periyar (Distance 90kms. & 3hrs.journey)
Drive further up this morning to Thekkady and Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Check-in to your Resort at Thekkady on arrival

Day 09: Thekkady Tour and Sightseeing
Go on a nature walk this morning visiting Spice Plantations in Kerala with an opportunity to watch birds, butterflies and other wildlife habitats. This 3hr. interactive trekking program will cover a length of 4-5kms passing through plantations, forests and waterfall.
Evening visit the farmlands of a village on a bullock cart ride behind the mountains of the Periyar Tiger Reserve.
Day 10: Drive from Thekkady to Cochin (Distance 150kms & 4hrs. journey)
Your Vacation in Kerala concludes with a drop to the Cochin International airport for your flight home or to another destination in India.
